MGN maintains a complete database of recording studio facilities, mobile services and engineers, availabe to artists and producers. The Studio Database includes complete rundowns of available equipment, photos where available, and examples of recordings made there.

MGN provides the Studio Link networking environment designed to allow compatible recording consoles to share settings via ProTools during remote collaborations. MGN actively seeks out recording studios to participate in the Studio Link Network in major cities. In this way, access to the widest array of top notch studio players can be provided without them having to travel long distances, or enables touring musicians to work on studio projects while on the road. For example, Joe Geetar starts a solo project in his home town of Dallas at an MGN Studio Link studio, when he gets recruited for a national tour. The tour has a 3-day layover in Chicago. Joe can go to the participating Studio Link Network studio in Chicago and pick up where he left off, because the Dallas studio can download all settings and tracks to the Chicago Studio because Joe archived everything at MGN.

Another way of using this service is for a songwriter who has archived some song ideas at MGN to be able to go into a participating studio and download that work for playback to backing musicians, who can learn the songs, add backing tracks, etc. Joe can also order CD burns of rough mixes to be sent to incoming musicians learning the material for backing tracks, or final production recordings.

MGN also provides access to Member hotels, shuttle services, caterers, and music stores that studios can use to provide value added services for their clients.
