Initial Data Acquisition strategies have been covered elsewhere, but once the initial database has been built out, data maintenance should remain a primary priority because of the extremely dynamic nature of the business.
The main difference between the Musician/Band Database (MBDB) and the Venue Database (VDB) is in te Profile Creation Setup Survey. The MBDB is interested in what the person wants to do with their overall career, and fleshing out the specific activities inferred by that; and in the VDB, the survey is interested in making the venue profitable.
