Remote collaboration software with video conferencing runs on MGN servers so that studio musicians don't have to leave town for a session, or songwriters who discovered each other in an MGN Forum or elsewhere online who are in diverse locales can collaborate on material. Maybe one guy has lyrics and the other guy has the music.
Much has been discussed about Music Recommendation Technology, and as of yet, there is no purely AI version of this available (where the computer analyzes a song and can recommend similar existing songs that sound like it). What is available is a pretty massive database with ITunes with client preferences and subjective descriptions of songs. MGN should partner up on this for use by songwriters, who could use it to research ideas in a certain genre or theme to act as creative triggers, and to assist in finding their creative roots.
