All video conferencing of teacher lessons created during Mentor Sessions is archived, and available here either for free or fee, depending on the arrangement with the instructor. MGN Quality Scouts review every session and provide an initial rating. The highest rated videos are flagged as such in the database. Furthing rating is done by students and other teachers as the video percolates through the system.
A rating system similar to the band or venue rating system paradigms and algorithms are applied here, and are important part of quality control and getting the teaching mission accomplished. In this way, MGN will be creating it's own high-quality instructional media that MGN and non-MGN teachers can access and use. These productions are sold to schools and universities as teaching aids, with commissions going to the originating teacher and student.
